Hi, I’m Alicia — or Eclectic Elements. I’m a digital freelancer with a love for development, design, and trust & safety.
I love building products end to end, from early ideas all the way to launch. That can mean designing in Figma, shaping a brand style, and then jumping into the code to ship backends, APIs, and modern web interfaces.
I’m drawn to projects where the small details matter. I’m currently taking on a few freelance projects — if it feels like a good fit (or you just want to say hi), I’d love to hear from you.
When I’m away from my desk, I love getting lost in a good book, watching movies, and taking care of my cacti.
FULLSTACK DEVELOPMENT
I work across the stack, from .NET backends and APIs to React and Next.js frontends. I’m used to collaborating in active codebases, and I focus on code that’s easy to read, easy to extend, and easy to maintain.
UX/UI DESIGN
I design interfaces that look great and feel intuitive to use. I can handle visual identity, design systems, and prototyping, and I stay involved from the first sketch through final handoff.
TRUST & SAFETY
I build and manage moderation systems for online communities, including using AI-assisted tooling and clear policies to help keep spaces healthy as they scale.
AI & AUTOMATION
I use machine learning and automation to solve practical problems — from smarter moderation tools to custom bots and workflow automation.
